On a sunny Saturday, July 29, 2023, I had the incredible honor of documenting a truly special milestone: Ann and Kevin’s 50th wedding anniversary. Family and friends gathered at the picturesque St. Mary’s Church, Staghall, Co. Cavan, to celebrate the enduring love of this remarkable couple.
The ceremony was heartfelt and emotional. Surrounded by loved ones, Ann and Kevin stood side by side at the altar, promising each other love once more—a beautiful renewal of the vows they made half a century ago. It was a moment filled with both laughter and tears of joy, as their enduring bond reminded everyone of the power of love and commitment.
After the mass, the churchyard came alive with chatter and laughter. Stories from the past were shared, funny and heartwarming moments were recalled, and the atmosphere was filled with the warmth of family and friendship. It was evident how deeply Ann and Kevin’s love had touched the lives of everyone present.
